- Event Overview: Explain schedule, activities, and promotions. We can have each rep designated to each room like our last event
Mingling and Informational Booths (2:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
- Informational Booths: Set up booths with details on new services, membership options, and special packages. This can be an opportunity for us to talk with patients and for them to visit each room with the reps to learn about our offerings
- Light Bites and Drinks: Serve refreshments.
- Raffle Entries: Continued opportunity to enter raffle baskets.
LIVE Demonstrations (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
- 3:00 PM – Under Eye Exosomes: Dr. Tripathi demonstrates the treatment.
- 3:30 PM – Hair Restoration with Exosomes: Jazmyn presents the hair restoration process.
- 4:00 PM – TruBody Treatment: Adry showcases the TruBody treatment.
Final Networking and Raffle Draws (4:30 PM – 5:00 PM)
- Final Raffle Entries: Last chance to enter raffle baskets.
- Raffle Draws: Announce winners and distribute prizes. This may drive patients to stick around for the entire event instead of wanting to leave and us announce on social media.
