Kimberley Siegel, with over 16 years of experience in the skincare industry and a Licensed Esthetician since 2012, brings a wealth of expertise. Her strong dedication to health and wellness, coupled with an innate ability to and passion for connecting with diverse individuals, is foundational to her approach.

Kimberley demonstrates exceptional management skills through leading employee training and overseeing clinic operations, complimenting her extensive skincare expertise. Continuously enhancing her expertise, Kimberley diligently expanded her expertise through continued education with Vi Aesthetics, BioRePeel, SkinCeuticals, Skin Better Science and holds certifications in DermaplanePro and as a Master Certified HydraFacialist. In 2018, she furthered her education, earning a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise, Nutrition, and Wellness, along with a certification in Social Media Marketing. Her commitment to staying informed and offering the latest in treatments underscores her dedication to providing clients with the best products and services available in the industry.

Jazmyn Marino

Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

Jazmyn demonstrates a lifelong dedication to health and wellness and to caring for others, starting with her foundation as a certified massage therapist. This experience ignited her desire to pursue a career in nursing. Upon graduating, she seamlessly transitioned into aesthetic nursing, performing laser treatments and discovering her true calling. Jazmyn’s innate desire for self-development and passion for aesthetics drives her to continuously enhance her skills and knowledge through continued education in injectables, regenerative procedures, lasers, body treatments, and facial anatomy. Her previous experience as a nurse in facial plastic surgery and aesthetic dermatology has equipped her to provide exceptional care as a seasoned aesthetic artist at Bay Hills Plastic Surgery.

Maya McKinney was born and raised in Alameda, CA. Being from the Bay Area, she brings a deep-rooted connection to the local community and a genuine understanding of its unique aesthetic needs. Her background in aesthetic clinics and hospitality has provided her with valuable insights into the industry, allowing Maya to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as a Guest Experience Coordinator. Maya is passionate about helping individuals enhance their natural beauty and feel more confident in their skin. Her goal is to ensure that every patient who walks through our doors feels welcomed, valued, and supported. When she is not at work, Maya enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, volunteering at her local animal shelter, and trying new restaurants.

With a background in client service and a passion for aesthetics, she ensures each visit—from consultation to post-treatment—is smooth, supportive, and aligned with your goals. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor help set the tone for the elevated care we provide.

Medical Assistant

With 9 years of experience as a dedicated Medical Assistant—5 in Dermatology and 4 in Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery—I bring a well-rounded clinical foundation and a genuine passion for patient care. I currently have the privilege of working alongside Dr. Prem Tripathi, where I assist with his Signature Winged Blepharoplasties and Lip Lift surgeries. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their journey. My clinical skill set includes phlebotomy, pre- and post-operative care, and hands-on assistance during both surgical and non-surgical procedures. From skin health to surgical enhancement, my goal is to help each patient feel confident and cared for at every step.

With over five years of experience in luxury and aesthetics marketing—including three dedicated to plastic surgery—Kelsey brings a refined, strategic lens to how Bay Hills Plastic Surgery communicates with the world. Prior to joining the practice, she worked closely with a past president of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), where she helped elevate one of the nation’s most respected aesthetic practices. Her earlier career included freelance work with luxury, equestrian, and startup brands, sharpening her instinct for storytelling that resonates with high-touch clientele.
