I really can't recommend his work enough.
Dr. Tripathi is hands down the best I have ever seen for cosmetic and elective treatments. I have seen him for neurotoxins and filler, specifically dysport, daxxify, sculptra and filler. Each time he gives me an incredibly thoughtful plan of action, always being extremely candid and tasteful with his advice. He has a great sense of humor and bedside manner. I've only ever once had a real concern after a procedure and Dr. Tripathi was all over it. He was incredibly responsive and ready to take action - he was more invested than I was :) He is an extremely careful practitioner, and my concern was unsurprisingly an just a bug bite. I really can't recommend his work enough. I feel like I found my "face guy." Im 38 and I have people ask what my skin care routine is all the time - I always tell them I keep it simple: gentle soap, moisturizer, sunscreen and good injectables!

I moved through the evaluation process quickly, got on his calendar for my procedure, and fell in LOVE with my results! I came to Dr Tripathi for a rhinoplasty revision. My original surgery was in 1984 and gradually I started to get what I thought were allergies. Either stuffed up or a runny nose or both. I took Claritin D daily for years. Found out it wasn’t allergies but both airways were completely blocked with scar tissue. One side hung lower so it looked off. Fast forward to today, 4 months post op, I have not had to take Claritin once! I can breathe!! And my nose looks soo cute and beautiful! It’s a subtle change but it changed my whole face. Dr T is so sweet and very hands on you feel like you’re his only patient. My surgery was 8 hours because my nose was a mess, and amazingly my recovery was smooth and I’ve had zero issues! I went to several consults before making my choice. I live in So Cal but I was most comfortable with Dr T so I made the drive to No Cal. I can’t say enough how happy I am with my results! I highly recommend Dr T!

I have been seeing Dr. Tripathi for the past two years. He performed my rhinoplasty this past November as well as administered Botox throughout the years. Dr. Tripathi, is hands down the best plastic surgeon! He is extremely knowledgeable and talented. He is down to earth, approachable, trustworthy, respectful, and cares greatly about his patients! I am so pleased with my results and highly recommend him to anyone!

I feel more confident than ever!
If I could rate Dr. Tripathi more than 5 stars I would. I had been interested in submental lipo for a while now and am so happy to come across the most impressive surgeon. From my first consultation to my procedure, Dr. Tripathi made me feel so confident and comfortable with my surgery. He listened to all of my concerns and was so patient with me. I was in awe at how smooth the process was from start to finish. He took his time and before I knew it, we were finished. I don't know why I waited this long, but it was definitely worth the wait and I feel more confident than ever! Thank you Dr. T, I would recommend you to any and everyone!
My surgery results are AMAZING!
I have had submental lipo, botox, and fillers with Dr. Tripathi and let me tell you, I will never go to anyone else again! He made me feel comfortable and my surgery results are AMAZING! I am super picky with my fillers and Dr. Tripathi listened patiently to my request to keep everything very feminine looking and he did just that. Usually injectors have one style or technique of doing things, but if you want someone that listens to what YOU want and can do it all, it's Dr. Tripathi. Definitely going back for more, im addicted.
Dr. Tipathi has really changed my perception of plastic surgery
I came to Dr.Tripathi after years of wanting to deal with my aging skin and neck. I found him on Tik Tok, and after vetting him, finally booked a session. I had a face and neck lift only 6 weeks ago. (The pic is before, and at 4 weeks, certainly not finished!)
The first thing apparent, was that he was that he could give me what I was looking for. He made me feel assured that I had a gorgeous neck and jawline! Of course I was also nervous having never done this surgery before or anything like it, and after meeting with him, I was confident he was the right doctor! His relationship with his staff is fun, engaging, and warm. I felt excited knowing that I was in good hands.
Bright and early on the morning of the surgery, he came in and started marking the places on my face. Right away, he put my fears to rest and told me I was going to be really happy with the results. He performed a face and neck lift, and laser resurfacing, and unlike any doctor I’ve ever had, stayed with me until I woke up from the surgery. He worked with the person who was my social support, gave her the postoperative instructions, and his phone number.
Dr. Tipathi stayed in contact with me every day for the first week after my surgery, and came in on the weekend to help me with the dressings. I’ve never had such a personal care from a physician. The last six weeks has been such a journey, but I couldn’t have done it without his constant emotional support, professionalism, and fun loving nature. When I wasn’t in the office for procedures or postop care he was checking in on me to find out how I was feeling, and if I needed anything. As most people know, this is extremely rare for doctors.
As someone who is on social media myself, I’ve had people message me to get his contact information and have three people already who want to book consultations with him. I’m a licensed marriage family therapist who is in front of the camera all day long, and my clients have been so supportive and happy to see my beautiful jaw and neck! The picture attached is only at 4 weeks, so imagine what it will look like in a few more months. I no longer need dozens of filters or turtleneck sweaters for my professional photos! I’m so proud of my face!
On a personal note, Dr. Tipathi has really changed my perception of plastic surgery. He is smart, goal oriented, and somewhat of an artist when it comes to his work-all the best qualities for helping someone bring out their facial beauty! I’m extremely happy with the results, but thrilled that I picked the right doctor for this!

I spent two years researching and meeting Doctors all over the country before I decided that Dr. Tripathi had the expertise and skills to perform my lower face and neck lift. A Rhinoplasty has been something I’ve always wanted but have been too nervous to actually do. I am so grateful for finding Dr.Tripathi From the beginning, I felt very comfortable and knew he had my best interest which is what made the decision so easy. As far as the surgery itself, Dr.Tripathi did an amazing job and the recovery went by so smooth. I wanted to go for a very natural look and I can easily say the results exceeded my expectations. I had very minimal to no bruising at all and the majority of my swelling went down within 3-4 weeks. The entire staff also did an amazing job keeping me calm and making sure I knew everything was going to be okay. I am beyond happy with my nose and I couldn’t thank Dr.Tripathi enough.

My visit with Dr. Tripathi was just amazing! I came into my consultation with a lot of concerns regarding the wrinkles on my forehead, but as someone with little knowledge, he definitely educated me on each type of product and treatment to help with my concerns. I ended up going with Dysport, which is probably the best decision ever! I am literally wrinkle FREE and I don't see anymore fine lines on my forehead. I even got a little brow lift, which is something I didn't know was even possible. You'll definitely be seeing me back at Dr. Tripathi's office!
Outstanding doctor!
Outstanding doctor! I have recommended to all my friends and family. He is personable, to the point, no BS. Always has my best interest at heart and not “looking to make a buck” at all. Takes the time to fully explain everything so I am more than comfortable when making my decisions. His skills and knowledge are outstanding, and he’s not bad to look at ;) Don’t hesitate, just go see him now!!!!

Dr. Tripathi is one of the best facial plastic surgeons in the bay area. Not only is he a very skilled and competent doctor, he also has great bedside manner and is easy to talk to. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to get rhinoplasty or other facial cosmetic surgery.
