At Bay Hills Plastic Surgery, we believe clear communication and transparency are essential to an exceptional patient experience. Our office policies are designed to ensure your care, scheduling, and payments are handled smoothly and with the utmost respect for your time and needs.
Consultation Fee: $500
Your consultation fee can be applied toward your treatment depending on the type of appointment:
- If you’re seeing Dr. Tripathi for a surgical or skin optimization consultation, the fee can be applied toward a surgical procedure or customized skin treatment plan. It cannot be used toward injectables (Botox, filler, Sculptra, Radiesse) or skincare products.
- If you’re seeing Nurse Jazmyn for a skin optimization and/or an injectable consultation, the fee can be applied toward your injectable treatment (same day or scheduled afterward).
Skin Treatment Plans
- We offer customized treatment plans only — single or “one-off” treatments are not offered.
- A 50% deposit is required to schedule.
- The remaining balance is due at the first treatment appointment.
Surgical Procedures
- A $5,000 non refundable deposit is required to secure a surgical date.
- The remaining balance is due prior to surgery.
- Procedures Scheduled Within 30 Days: If your surgery is scheduled within 30 days, the full amount is due at the time of scheduling to secure your date.
Quotes & Validity
- All treatment quotes are valid for 30 days.
- The consultation fee can only be applied within this 30-day timeframe.
